Your coverage is active. We'll confirm the effective date, carrier, and coverage details via text or email. You're protected from this moment forward.

Day 1–2

COI & Policy Documents

We'll send your Certificate of Insurance and full policy documents. If you need a COI for a specific contract or landlord, let us know — we'll customize it and send it the same day.

Week 1

Coverage Summary

You'll receive a plain-English summary of what's covered, what's excluded, and what your deductibles are. No jargon. If anything doesn't make sense, text us and we'll explain it.

Need a COI? Adding a vehicle? Hiring employees? Just text us. We handle the carrier communication, paperwork, and follow-up. You don't have to call anyone.

30 Days Before Renewal

Renewal Re-Shop

Before your policy renews, we re-shop it across multiple carriers. If a better rate or better terms exist, we'll present the comparison. If your current carrier is still the best fit, we'll tell you that too.
